At Anya & Chris, we want to ensure a smooth refund experience for our customers.

 

1. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

 

1. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days after your returned item has been received and inspected.
2. Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

 

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for eligible returned items that meet our return requirements.

Items must:

1. Be returned within the 30-day return period.
2. Be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
3. Include original tags, accessories, and packaging.
4. Include valid proof of purchase.

Items returned incomplete or damaged after delivery may not qualify for a refund.

 

3. Shipping Fee Refunds

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless:

1. The item received was damaged.
2. The item was defective.
3. The wrong item was sent due to an error on our part.

For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

4. Order Cancellations

2. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
