Our returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is available on our website.
Our standard policy provides eligible customers with a 30-day return period from the date the order is received, subject to the eligibility requirements stated in the Return & Refund Policy.
For standard returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Customers must contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the correct return instructions and destination.
Our warehouse address is not automatically our return address. Do not return merchandise to our business or warehouse address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Anya & Chris is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the services.
However, sales and purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Anya & Chris / Vellaro Group LLC.
Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by Anya & Chris.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from products purchased directly from Anya & Chris.
